How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Ahead → Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

I paid for Pro but it's not showing

Open the upgrade screen in Ahead and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you purchased with. Still stuck? Email us with your app version (shown at the bottom of Settings).

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds - request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I export my data?

In the app: Settings → Export my data. You'll get a complete copy of your goals, savings and plan.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete my account and data. This permanently erases everything on your phone and on our servers, with backups purged within 35 days. It can't be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

Is my financial data safe?

Ahead works without an account - your plan lives on your phone. If you create one to sync, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, we never sell it, and we don't connect to your bank. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
